River City Workshops Registration Form

All students should arrive to class 15 minutes before class begins and be prepared with a CALCULATOR, 2 SHARPENED PENCILS and an optional snack and drink.

Previous test scores or testing information is very helpful for instruction and therefore it is recommended that the student bring recent scores to class. You many fax them beforehand to 423-874-0383
